We have several built in filing cabinets in different parts of our home. Unfortunately, the slides are such that most fall apart, especially when underfilled. Instead of pulling out and adjusting the slip angle, I went with these magnets as a solution. I am very happy with the results. they are quite solid and quite thin. They leave the front of the drawer protruding a bit, so consider installing them on either side of the drawer, or installing bumpers for the opposite side if they're a little wobbly. I didn't use screws at this point. as the sticky pad will hold well enough to work. Time will tell. The only real downside here is the sticky pads. It's quite difficult to peel off the backing. Also, some of them stuck together and stretched and warped a bit in the process.
