There are 6 pieces in the boat. Reflective Belts: Just got them and the waist straps are VERY small. I am a very slim male, waist 34, and although a lap belt fits snugly in the waist, it is uncomfortably tight. I was about to return it immediately but then realized I can connect the straps (buckles) for a reasonable fit so I'm keeping them to myself. However, for the average person, note that you actually get one belt (combination of two), not two. If you still have a bit more waist, forget it. A group can fit a very small person. Everything else looks fine. Light green color, two reflective strips around the perimeter of each strap. Bicep or ankle straps (your choice) fit well, velcro on wrist straps. I had a similar item (velcro, no buckles) that lasted for many years, but the reflective material came off in a recent wash. The old (different brand) fit well, more than enough length. You might want to compare the lengths for your needs, I didn't think to check.
