I fully support companies like yours and really wish I would like the products but my hair was like hay after the keratin treatment :( I had a keratin treatment and read so many great reviews , and some weren't that good, but I decided to risk it. The products smelled like cream and it gave me and my husband a terrible headache. My hair was so rough and we had such a terrible headache that I stopped it in an hour had to wash off, i know the product says its sulfate and paraben free so why doesn't your products use the $400 keratin treatment i recently did?!Contact them before you write a bad review!Why?! I never heard from them again but I have a keratin treatment and the shampoo/conditioner ruined my keratin treatment!Now see me My hair looks terrible! It's rough again, not shiny, curly and fluffy if I had never done keratin straightening. My hair is falling out! The product also caused a lot of dandruff. The scalp is very itchy from the product. I have only used the products once. When I received the bottles. The shampoo was filled to the brim and the conditioner was missing. I hope your company can fix things since you give the customer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I am dissatisfied and have not received an email reply. I need a new keratin treatment! Please do the right thing and do it right.
