This is the only product I have used that even solved my cracked heel problem. I started applying this cream twice a day as directed - in bed and after bathing, making sure to wear socks to keep in moisture. After 1 week I noticed a decrease in the size of the cracks and after 4 weeks they were completely gone. During this time I filed my calluses twice. The file will help remove the skin but will not repair the cracks. After the 4th week I apply once a day to condition and my heels still haven't cracked. I recommend this urea cream for those with severely cracked heels. I cannot give credit to this product for solving a problem I have faced for almost 20 years!
