These are great and durable kitchen scissors. Extremely sharp, they easily cut through herbs, vegetables, chicken (including bones), food wrap and more. Be careful with them as they are very sharp. The scissors are made of high quality stainless steel, which means they will not corrode or rust. They also retain their sharp edge. They have a ton of uses and I love multifunctional kitchen gadgets. That means I can throw out other kitchen appliances that this one replaces. More storage space. It has a smooth knife, a serrated knife, a vegetable peeler, a fish peeler, a nutcracker, a bottle opener and a screwdriver. It comes with a really nice case that has a magnetic backing for hanging on any magnetic surface. The handles are rubberized and non-slip for a secure grip. They do everything well and are a great addition to my kitchen. It's also great value for everything they do and at this price point. they get 5 stars.
