I bought this vest because it was affordable and cute. As a designer, I have a habit of choosing things purely based on aesthetics - if it's ugly, I don't want it. I don't care how well it works! That's why I will never drive a Nissan Cube. Thankfully, this vest is both stylish and functional. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it and it's holding up very well. My pup goes crazy when he sees me grab him because it means it's time for adventure. He loves it when I put it on and shows no signs of discomfort while wearing it. I bought the large one thinking it might need replacing in a few months - my mastiff was 3.5 months old at the time of purchase. Surprisingly he is now 9 months old and weighs over 100 pounds and still hasn't outgrown him. Probably because he's a skinny guy and not a very big chest. We'll use it until it falls apart or it outgrows it forever. I suspect the latter.
