All in all a great PC that arrived without RAM.
Very quiet and powerful, this PC is one of the best prebuilt builds you can get. The only problem is that this computer came without a flash drive installed and I could tell right away because when I unpacked the computer myself something was shaking around, I opened it up and found the flash drive itself, nowhere near by of the motherboard. Thankfully I'm a bit computer savvy so I was able to get it back, but I can see how that might be an issue for some.
