Review on Sewell Deadbolt Banana Plugs 6-Pairs: πŸ”Œ Gold Plated, Quick Connect Speaker Plugs (SW-29863-6) by Flavio Scarola

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Great product, it's my first time rating a product 5 🌟

Great product, just like the picture. Easy to use and install. I've never added audio jacks to the stereo cable, I've always bought pre-installed products. I had to search for a definition of transparency - assuming it has something to do with the inability to separate the wire from the cable after installation, I put 5 🌟. The process was easy, I didn't even have the right tools. I bought 14 gauge 100% PVC copper jacketed stereo cable. I used a tool, a box cutter/blade, and carefully cut the 2 copper wires of the stereo cable in half about 2 1/2 inches. I then removed about 1/4 to 3/8 inch PVC from the end of each copper wire by lightly pressing a knife into the PVC around each wire and peeling it off, sometimes piecemeal. . Ideally, this should be done with wire strippers. After removing the cover, I thread each wire through the bottom half of the connector until the bare copper wire is at least 1/4 inch through. The hardest part was bending the copper wire around the entire perimeter of the bottom half of the connector. Good luck making it look as smooth and beautiful as the photo lol! Not that it's particularly harsh, but unless you're wearing gloves it tends to prick your fingers (that's all!). can get in the way of detailed tasks by disconnecting wires. I think all you have to do is grin and be patient, but it's actually not that bad and I doubt the wire needs to be perfectly spaced. Actually, I know it's not necessary since mine wasn't, but it still resulted in a successful install. & Great sound quality! Then only the top half had to be screwed on and voila, done. , Low profile, fits snugly into your stereo or speaker jack.
