We are avid coffee drinkers and use the infuse method for our coffee. The price and the natural, unbleached product were very attractive, so we tried the product for the first time. Unfortunately the product was very disappointing - we found it left an oddly bitter taste in the coffee. We only tried hot water with the same result. Also, the filters don't structurally hold up well when wet - they break when the coffee grounds get into the coffee. We would like to use more environmentally friendly filters, but we are not.
