Great design and light. Holds plenty of water and is surprisingly cool when you start out with cold water and ice. It's comfortable and adjustable, but the waist strap can be tight or unsuitable for people with a large belly, but without a waist strap, it holds up well. The storage space is enough for a few small things for a half-day hike. If you need more than just an energy bar, look elsewhere for a hydration device. The hydration bladder was easy to fill and load into a backpack. Just hang it by the straps at the top of your backpack, otherwise it will slip off and may not flow properly. The water flow through the mouthpiece is sufficient. Emptying, rinsing and drying the bladder is also easy and necessary to ensure that it is ready for the next use. I am very happy with this purchase.
