An excellent paring knife
I ordered this about 6 years ago and lost it in a recent move. For example, how can you lose a knife? Anyway, these are great knives and I really need a paring knife (btw I really need five knives: a chef's knife, a paring knife, a bread knife, a utility knife and a carving knife. It will help you with almost anything and will always be the best knife be that you can afford.
