My cat loved the original Signature Selects formula. She's been eating it for years, but this new one is pretty gross. She has painful diarrhea with it. Just 1 can caused diarrhea and loose stools for several days and my cat moaned and cried. I usually donate the food she doesn't eat to an animal shelter, but I threw this one away. My cat is 13 years old, she has diabetes, gastroparesis and IBS. It was a brand that was safe for her and didn't raise her glucose levels. Now that it's reformulated and made in Thailand, it's like a completely different cat food — cloudy but sticky and with an odd texture. I have trouble finding diabetic foods that she tolerates. She is weak and old, and I want her to eat her favorite food in the last few years of her life.
