A device is great when everything works perfectly. If you encounter problems, it is very difficult to transfer errors to this device. You are tired of contacting the inverter team to find out the cause of a problem. Victron needs to improve the game to get the exact text from the Inverter (Multiplus) on the display here. There is also an issue with the placement of the Wi-Fi antenna for this device. Victron has released a fix to remove the antenna from the HDMI output jack. You can send the device in or do it yourself. I made mine and it was very easy and the wifi connects MUCH better! Always had problems to never had problems. Rendering over HTML on another device is very laggy. Makes you think the device is powered. The final negative comment is that the interface for setting the maximum current through AC is "clunky" at best. As a regular motorhome driver, I live and die from this interface and the choice of the maximum current setting. When setting up, my fingers always block the display and that makes it very difficult to use.
