I like that there is enough cord and I don't feel like "hoarding" it - I can really use as much as I want without worrying about it to make sure I have enough presents for everyone or gift bags or whatever you have. The edges are beautifully stitched (no tears yet, no wires protruding from the case) and the band itself is gorgeous, with a glittery gold pattern over the see-through gold fabric. The strap doesn't feel silky or "smooth" (ah, Lenny!), but it's certainly nice to look at. I was worried that I would have gold glitter or shimmer on my hands after working with him, but no, the gold didn't leave the tape.
