Carpet is very good. It is well made and has a very nice design. We lowered our rating due to the way the rug was packaged for shipping. It was rolled so that the rug had a curve that should be a straight rug. The creases/creases left on the rug upon delivery are still very visible even though it has been months since the rug left our home. We've tried a few "tricks" to get the rug to lie flat (reverse rolling, etc.) but it still won't lay flat. . Otherwise, take into account that you may have problems with your hands. Updated March 25, 2019. The carpet is still in our house in the hallway. The wrinkles are still very visible. Time is not on our side as the carpet has not yet smoothed out after all this time and is visibly wavy. You'd better buy the rug you like locally, which probably doesn't have the problems we experienced with this rug.
