Terrible quality. via painting, drawing and artist supplies

You are useless. I'm an artist and I usually buy generals, I've only tried them to see if they're any good. Wherever the hand oil comes into contact with the carrier, the pen leaves no trace. I tried to get a refund but they want me to return this nonsense and it's too big a problem so I wasted my money.
