Broke on first attempt to change straps
When I first tried to install one of these straps on my Fitbit, a piece broke. There is a small piece protruding from the strap that allows you to compress the part that holds the strap in place or allows you to remove the strap. This piece broke off and disappeared somewhere. I haven't figured out how to remove the band from the Fitbit without tearing it. Luckily the group still stays on my Fitbit, but now I'm having trouble trying to delete it when I want to change the group.
