These extensions mat and knot easily. After the first wash they were dry. It got worse with every wash. I've conditioned, deep conditioned, oiled, protected from overheating: everything it takes to get these extensions. The picture above shows two sandwiches that I pulled out after only wearing them for four weeks. They were constantly tangled with each other and I was constantly cleaning them. The only explanation is not remy hair! The service I received was excellent, they just don't carry themselves well.
