My 2005 Trailblazer had 4WD issues. With the help of the internet I was able to diagnose the problem myself. Everything pointed to the transfer case drive. During my research I came across information that some early Trailblazer models (2002 - 2003) do not respond to aftermarket replacements without flashing the computer system. I've found many aftermarket Dorman parts that cost around $200. I wanted to avoid Dorman parts just to make sure I don't run into the problems I've read about flashing the system even if I have a Trailblazer 05. I've also found many remanufactured drives that cost around $150. The problem with these parts was that they required an additional $150 deposit and had to return the old defective part to get the deposit back and I had to pay the shipping cost to ship the part back. I kept looking and finally found the part I needed here at Revain! Not only did I find a genuine part from the manufacturer, it was brand new and only $131 with free shipping! The item arrived very timely. I took the part to my mechanic, he installed it and now my 4WD works perfectly! I never saw Revain as an auto parts supplier until my Trailblazer needed this repair. I can say that in the future this will be the first place I will look for car parts or anything else for that matter! EDIT: UPDATE 1 year later and the part still works perfectly! Northwest Ohio winters can be harsh. A four-wheel drive vehicle can sometimes be simply necessary to get around. I would highly recommend this piece to anyone! I couldn't be happier!
