Correct length sleeves and coats

I read all the reviews on all websites including Columbia before purchasing from Amazon. The price on Amazon was $80 less than Columbia's website, so Prime's free two-day shipping couldn't have been better. I received the package today. The box was not fully sealed. But the inner plastic packaging was intact. This is my 4th coat from Columbia - 2nd with TurboDown and 2nd with Omni Heat. OmniHeat is no joke. It makes you sweat if you have too many layers underneath, even in 9-degree Chicago temperatures and cold winds. Even my lint-free Omni Heat coat made me sweat at 20 degrees because there was a sweater underneath. So I decided to try this one. It's essentially the same as a regular length coat, except it has less down (550 vs 700 on my previous one). The sleeves also don't have an additional wrist closure (can't remember the word). Otherwise the fit in size large was perfect. I'm 5 feet 2 inches and 175 pounds. This coat is slightly longer than mid-thigh. I can easily zip my coat and leave room underneath for maybe 2-3 thin coats. My usual size is 10-12. There were other reviews that complained about the sleeves. My regular length coat is also large and the sleeves aren't that long, but they fit just right. The hood is a good size too. Not enough to block the wind on my forehead but suits my long hair.
