At first I liked the tray because you could take out the tray. I still like the tray, although sometimes it doesn't fit in the right slot and then gets stuck and you can't pour the contents out quickly at this rate. In addition, the grates on the underside are very dirty and difficult to clean. The water bottle is great. No problem with the shovel. In theory, the sack that the hay is put in is good. Although it only took two weeks for everything to be torn apart. The holes in the pocket are too big and very scary for a bunny. If the holes were smaller so it wouldn't come out as strong and the bag was stronger it would be nice. Also, it was useless after two weeks.
