They are not as big as Carhartt XXL real leather gloves. My father-in-law has very wide wrists and hands. I couldn't even put them on him with my "nursing skills" and they're pretty good lol. I even cut the rubber band on my wrist. So if you have wide wrists, they will probably be small even in size XXL. I wear women's meds and they're a little big for me. PS Carhartt XXL Full Grain feels good in XXL hands. These are good gloves, just order one size up
