I hope the smell goes away.
Strong chemical smell. I laid on mine and the smell of chemical flame retardants or something was overpowering. I immediately felt nauseous. I have it hanging on the side and if I can't get rid of the smell I'll have to send it back. It's very slick and slippery so I would never put it where you have to walk on it, you're bound to slip. His aim was for me to lay on top of him to stretch out, so smooth is perfect...if I can take the horrible venting.
