Review on 🚴 Waterproof Outdoor Bicycle Cover for Mountain and Road Bikes: Rain, Sun, and UV Proof - Ohuhu by Darnell Evans

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Withstands wind speeds in excess of 60 miles per hour!

I bought this product because my last bike cover broke after about a year and a half. Of course, outside it was constantly exposed to the elements, lots of rain, a little less sun (I live in Washington state) and strong winds. What to expect. Every time we had a hurricane my old one would pick up the wind and fly up and my bike would be thrown off the deck. This one arrived quickly. I love that it has a buckle at the top so I can strap it to the pole so it doesn't blow out when the wind blows. I used a clothespin around the spoke to close where the lock was supposed to go and of course I added clips to the hoops. About a week or two after his arrival we experienced a severe thunderstorm with winds in excess of 60 miles per hour. Trees snapped in half, fell on cars, shed roofs were blown off, fences fell down and more than 250,000 people in the Puget Sound area lost power and cell phones for about 4 days. I was certain that the next day my bike would be thrown off the patio and left on the patio. I was shocked to see the bike cover was fully intact but better yet it was still on my bike, the clothespin was in place and my bike never moved. I know the last one I had wouldn't have survived a storm like this - brand new. I am very satisfied with this product. If left in the sun in a year, it will crumble and scatter like ashes. I will definitely buy another one. **For those who looked at it and said it started cracking after a year in the sun - of course it will. UV rays destroy fabric. Any fabric will tear after such a load. Because of this, parasols and other fabrics that are exposed to the sun for long periods of time are made from thicker canvas. **

Pros
