I have no complaints about the ointment, it is pleasant with a light scent, but the problem is that if I accidentally close it, I cannot open it! My husband tried everything to open it with all possible tools and finally was able to open it but the problem is that when I close it again it's the same story over and over again. I try to keep it slightly open although I'm afraid it will dry out but every time I close it it can take a very long time and take a lot of tools to open it again. I don't know where is the person that said it was easy to open, they must have had a special one because I see people keep having trouble opening this. I love the balm but because of that I will never buy it again! Try a screw or something like that because it's just too annoying!
