I was looking for a reasonably good home office chair at a reasonable price. According to the motto "you get what you pay for" I rate this chair with 5 stars. First class delivery was fast, I received the box within a day via UPS ground service. The chair came in the original packaging but was packaged well enough to ensure it arrived safe and sound. It comes with its own allen key for the screws, but if you have your own allen key with a good grip I'll probably use that. The one that comes with the kit is a bit bulky to hold with one hand if you assemble it yourself. It can be assembled by one person but attaching the back to the lever bolts is quite difficult as the bolt holes are countersunk and at the same time you are trying to push the back against the seat to align the bolt holes. I managed, but a second pair of hands would make it easier. Other reviewers say the screws loosen over time. I noticed that there is some Loctite on the ends of the screws. You can add a little more if you're worried about them pulling back. I just used my own allen wrench and screwed them in tighter than I could with the included wrench. There is a sticker under the seat that says "Front". Keep this in mind when installing the base and arms; It's easy to put back together if you're not careful. I'm 1.80 m tall and the seat back comes up to my neck. I won't lie in it, so it doesn't matter. They definitely don't feel plush when you sit in them; It's firm but comfortable enough when used for a few hours. I don't think I'd want it at my desk for an 8-hour day, but it works well enough for a couple of hours at home. It makes a high-quality impression and the price is right. I would recommend this for casual or light use. This is a basic office chair and I think it's a good value for the money I need for my home office.
