Now that I have it I think a medium size might be better but if I wear a hand rest this (small) is perfect. My wrist stopped hurting! YUP! Finally! Oooh! However, when I finished at the end of the day and turned it off with the switch at the bottom, it didn't actually turn off. I could still see the laser light below, and by morning he was dead. I'm not overly concerned as I'm used to a wired mouse and have to plug it into the included USB cable to charge it. Someone who REALLY wants a wireless mouse will have trouble with this, but mine is probably the only one with a defective switch. ;) EDIT - not a week: well he died mid-game today. Nothing I did brought him back. I connected it. I will replace it with another one. I will keep you up-to-date.
