Superb knives. They are well balanced and full-bodied. I read some reviews. Despite the "DO NOT" instruction to wash them in the dishwasher, some people clearly have them. The handles are made of wood and can get a little dry even with hand washing. Use oil on them like you would on any other tree, but it's necessary. be FOOD. You can even put some olive oil on them when they are dry. This is another reason the instructions say touch dry, to prevent water from getting into the rosewood handles.
