Review on 🔪 Cangshan 1026108: The Ultimate Professional Knife + Scissor Sharpener – Easily Adjustable 14-24 Degree 3-Stage Precision by Chad Baio

I bought this when I was buying a set of Cangshan knives because they have 17 degree blades and these are adjustable to fit different angle blades record so I can use them easily Cangshan blades as well as some of my old standard blades. I use it to sharpen blades before use and it does the job well. At some point they will actually need to be sharpened and as I'm not good with a sharpening stone I'm glad I have something I can trim to the right level and use. I have sharpened some of my old standard knives with it and they have come out to be very well sharpened.
