I bought my Bissell's 5770 Healthy Home Vacuum in March 2007 and a week ago decided to finally change the filter. The vacuum worked fine before, but I forgot how much suction it was supposed to have. My filter was from Crucial Vacuum and it fitted perfectly. Anyone complaining that a filter doesn't fit or doesn't fit should submit their complaint in the Seller Feedback section. Do not vote for this product as you cannot buy it from a trusted source. Pro tip: Buy from select resellers or products listed as Fulfilled by Revain if you're too lazy to do your homework before buying.
