Over the years I have purchased many lap belts hoping that one of them will: 1) stay in place 2) provide comfort 3) bottles and gear inside holds place 4) Have a slight elastic cord at the bottom for a race number Well this one proved all four. I love this belt. The quality is excellent and I hardly notice I'm wearing them. The best thing is the elastic waist which is wide enough to be comfortable. Also, I've never worn any other belt directly at the waist. First, other harnesses have thinner nylon straps that are uncomfortable when tight enough to stay in place and very unflattering. I like to wear it lower if I let my thighs carry the extra weight. It's much nicer and very comfortable. I used to have the right size, now I just click it in. No adjustments, no stretchy nylon straps. It's quick and easy, and it's the most comfortable belt I've ever worn. The bottles stay in place and I've never had a problem getting them out while running. Does not leak and the top is easy to grip with teeth or leave open while running/walking. There will still be no leak. The clear, waterproof phone case is long and wide enough that I didn't have to take my iPhone 8 out of the box to put it in, which I feared before my run. There is enough space behind the phone case to carry a few bags of gel, a car key and a small pocket of tissues. In addition, the price is great.
