I don't normally write reviews but I have been a 'silent' buyer of this branded air conditioner for over a year. And so far it's the top 1 I've ever used. I disagree with comments that the smell of this fabric softener goes away as the laundry dries. Yes, this fabric softener doesn't smell as strong as the regular brands we see in the store. But for myself I was looking for just such a softener. The underwear could be softer but again it depends on what you used and what you expect. Overall if you are considering trying this but have doubts I would recommend trying this fabric softener, well worth it if you are looking for a pleasant smell that is not strong and overpowering.
