Review on Bose QuietComfort 25 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones with 3.5mm Wired Connection for Apple Devices - Black by Agata Jasiczek ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It has some flaws but the product is usable.

Didn't use it that often. On average, once a week - mostly I took it on trips, if I was going somewhere out of town, or to work in a noisy cafe. The obsolescence of materials is built into the model by the manufacturer and this is unpleasant. Now I will have to look for new headphones, because it is impossible to sew up torn softeners beautifully. It’s a shame to do this, because, in fact, the headphones themselves work as before.

Pros
  • They look high quality, softly and comfortably sit on the head, a beautiful design (I have a white version), a cool box for storage (which, in fact, is not needed in FIG, because it is very hemorrhagic to carry it with you). The sound is amazing. Shumdav is excellent.
Cons
  • Somewhere in half a year, the coating on the soft pads around the ears (I don’t know what to call them) began to peel off. It turned out that they are made of low-quality leatherette. Headphones in the removed state have lost their presentation and began to look very used. This material is very soft to the touch, but very poor quality. After more than a year of operation, this leatherette was torn and the foam fell out. Moreover, it was torn along the inner seam, not where it peeled off, this is not from mechanical repetitive action, this is along the gluing seam of this very leatherette. Roughly speaking, this inner ring of the foam softener has parted. A storage box is not really necessary. If you take headphones with you on the subway, then you won’t wear them in this box - it’s very inconvenient to get them out of the case for half an hour, collect them, plug in the wire, put them on, close the box, put it in your bag. It's easier to wear headphones around your neck.
