Almost every review I've read about this kit is from people who have only used it for a week or two. I decided to wait a bit to give people a good idea of how they work. long-term. I bought this set in April this year and for the price I couldn't be happier. They came first with no packaging and 2 were badly damaged but Revain quickly resolved the issue by sending a new set for exchange the same week I received the damaged set. The non-stick coating worked like a dream from day one. I've never had so much fun cooking eggs, sauces and meat since I've worked in restaurants; And all without fat and oil! For those who are aesthetically inclined, they look great. Everything in this set looks and feels state of the art, adding charm and professionalism to a contemporary kitchen. However, remember that these pots and pans are meant to be used over medium-high heat. The coating will wear off much quicker if you keep unplugging the burners and setting everything on fire. Don't worry, they conduct and retain heat better than many other materials, so they cook much more evenly. They also chip fairly easily, so be careful not to bang on the edges with utensils or when storing. In the end, this cooking set is a VERY good price for the quality. Of course, they're not bulletproof. Both large pans lost their coating after 6 months but they still conduct and retain heat better than anything I've had before. I just use more fat when cooking and they work great. 10/10 recommend.
