Not as quiet as a laptop but for the money I paid for it I have no complaints. It'll power a 55-inch TV, a soundbar, and a string of Christmas lights, but it won't fit in a mini-fridge at all, even on its own. Of course, that's not due to the product, I just need to get more power. Inverter for my fridge. I would give it 5 stars if it was as quiet as a laptop, but I don't know how realistic it would be to expect this level of performance from a $30 item. I'm happy with that. I also like how stable the fan is and not harsh and noisy like the cargo port inverter I have.
