I thought it was a watch malfunction as I could not screw the crown back into the locked position and the time changed when the crown was touched. I finally figured it out and am sharing it with others so you can avoid the same frustration I experienced. All in all, this is a good watch to wear on a belt loop if you don't like wearing a watch on your wrist. . The only downside is that the clock is difficult to read in a poorly lit room. The package included an extra watch battery.
