I am an adult and wear a size 12 (4'10", 85 pounds). I bought a size 14-16 as recommended and they fit in wide, ugly clothes and don't look good they seem very cheap and the stitching is already unraveling I don't recommend them I can say I'll replace them now Update: I've added a photo because I'm trying to put it on , and I'm completely disappointed with how bad it looks. I could have been happier if I hadn't appreciated how everyone insisted I should. Update: returning it. I can't accept how awful they look !
