The supplied battery holder is not sufficient.
I have noticed that when using flashlights with a 3 AA battery pack, they fail after about ten minutes. It was pretty consistent, I tried one color. I was able to turn the light off and on again to find that I could only select a different color, after which it stuck with that color. Blah blah blah, the solution for me was to buy a 10,000mA battery. Anker makes a good product with lots of good reviews. I was able to leave the light on for over an hour and all the buttons worked. Pau. Haven't tried velcro yet, I wanted to use LED clips.
