To be honest this is their worst model and in the last 10 years I have had 4 previous versions, each of which may have lasted a few years. This is by far the worst. Every time your cat goes to the bathroom expect her to have to hand clean the rake - she's so weight sensitive that she rakes it about 20% of the time, and I use a very light, clumpy glide litter . I only have one cat but the size seems to be smaller so now the cat tends to urinate on the lid of the bin. Um not cool Pro- I like the color blue 💁🏼‍♀️ This product was definitely over the top. I'm looking at the warranty now to see how I can get a refund.
