This dress is adorable but it's a little big, not that important. The real problem is that lightning is awful. It is very difficult to thread the zipper through the gold part in the middle of the dress. It's so stressful teaching a 3 year old this thing. The bow is detachable, which is good in theory. But it is attached with a pin which is not attached well and kept coming out and poking my daughter until I finally had to throw it away. Also, my daughter complains that the bodice and most of the dress with gold is really itchy and uncomfortable inside. I do not recommend
