Great Freezer Cookware - Stupid Plastic Lids
Containers and carton lids are ideal for preparing food in the freezer. Small molds are 5 mini meatloaf, medium molds are 5, two batches of lasagne, and with large molds I've made 2 (4 batches) stuffed pepper dishes so far. Shape holds well from freezer to oven. The only drawback is the stupid plastic. Lids that come with jars. What a waste of plastic. If you wore something not hot and not liquid, everything would be fine.
