Well, I haven't used it for chopping herbs yet, but I can say I already like it because I use it as a hand chopper! Of course it's not as convenient as an electric shredder, but I don't have space for one, and I also don't have a lot of documents to shred, so that's great! It's quite sharp so I'm hoping to use it for that as well as chopping herbs.
