I bought these to replace 3 cutting boards that I have been using for over 8 years. My original cutting boards were a lot thinner than these. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and price. I not only use them as a cutting board but also find them useful to create crafts to protect my table; I use them under any item that might scratch the surface. Even though they're thicker, I can still roll them up and use a funnel when pouring coffee into my desktop containers, which means it's also easy to funnel soil into a pot or water with a "funnel" to one to guide a specific plant. The more you use them, the more you will find a use for them. They're also easy to trim if you need to adjust the size. We actually cut one in half to put in our backpacks so we each have a little cutting board while we go camping. It's also a great writing surface. I could go on I've only had them for about a week. If I run into any problems in the future I will post another post. In the meantime I will order another set just in case.
