Beautiful but with problems
They looked good and the garland was easy to put together after just watching 1 short YouTube video. However, many of the balloons popped before the party even started. Try tweaking it the same day of the party so the decor still looks great. I noticed that most of the popped balloons were metallic in color. The rest was good and still relevant 2 days after the party. Holds up well, but they spawn randomly one after the other, so keep your little ones out of the way.
