Works according to plan. - Starters, chargers and portable power supplies

The product meets the quality level expected of Chinese electronic products. Things work, but there is no added strength in the product. You have to spend twice as much for better quality. The product consumes EVEN WHEN IT IS SWITCHED OFF. I connected the product through a 250 amp switch and then through a double pole switch. The first position is on the 50 ohm resistor to meet inrush current needs but keep that current limited. Because the starting current is 100 amperes of electricity. You will see sparks if you connect the inverter directly to the battery, even if the device is switched off! I have two 85Ah Deep Cycle type batteries connected in parallel. Use of 1/0 wires in all connections, from battery to battery and to inverter, to ensure low voltage drop. With a battery voltage of 12.7 volts, the device draws 1.9 amps when switched off. That's 24+ watts of power consumption. So you cannot leave the device connected to the battery for a long time. The device was then used to power a toaster (1200 watts), electric lights (600 watts) and then a coffee maker (1350 watts). Battery consumption was measured for all three cells. The toaster draws less than 10 amps at 120 volts AC resulting in a battery drain of 102 amps. The light was supposed to draw about 5 amps, but this was not measured as the cord allowed access to each wire. The battery consumption was 56 amps. Finally, the coffee maker draws 11.9 amps AC. Battery consumption was 127.4 amps. The system thus works with an efficiency of over 90%. It is rated 80% or battery. For my causal purpose, the device meets the need.

Pros
  • High quality pure copper inductor, waveform filtering, provide true pure sine wave AC output, protect your equipment. All large imported high bandwidth MOSFETs.
Cons
  • unreliable
