The outcome of the deal met with one's expectations. In addition to strength training, I use it for running, rollerskiing, cross-country rollerskiing, and rollerskiing. That actually works out pretty well. It is sad that neither the device itself nor the software for the Polar Flow offers a control for the amount of battery life that is still left. Because of recent developments in miniaturization, a battery may also be able to be incorporated into the gadget. Because of this, the program requires that you always have your GPS turned on, start your workout, and then immediately switch it off again. The number of times that I have to provide this information is quite sporadic. Nonetheless, it is a very perplexing question as to why pulse measurements are not done without the use of GPS. The only device I've ever used for the Bluetooth connection capability was a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 smartphone, and I've never had any issues with it. It is not possible to start recording a workout in the internal memory of the sensor from the sensor itself; instead, the sensor needs to be connected to a smartphone in order to begin the recording process. This presents a huge barrier to progress. Or at the very least, the capacity within the program to bypass any unimportant sections at the beginning and the end of the exercise as it is being performed (when the recording is started, but the workout has not yet begun or has already ended). The belt is not just rubberized but also adjustable, making it incredibly comfortable to wear. Even though it is put through a broad variety of intense activities when cross-country skiing, provided it is adequately dressed, it will never fall off or shift out of place. Even when worn beneath extremely lightweight cross-country ski clothing, the sensor is nearly unnoticeable.
