I ordered these because I just replaced my kitchen island with a huge new island with a quartz top. When I bought the countertop I was told not to put anything hot per liter with no padding etc. on it. Well I ordered these pads for that reason, and after Thanksgiving I noticed 1/4 pad printing on my new countertop. I used 3 pads but only one left a mark on the counter. I clean this place daily. It seems to be slowly disappearing. From now on I only use pads on my granite. The photo may be difficult to see.
