I have bought various types of kitchen towels including the Ritz, William Sonoma, Kohl's etc and nothing seemed to work for drying crystal and plastic food containers. I always used paper towels back then. I tried them because my Italian mother (90) said she used them in her father's bakery and gave them away to neighbors instead of kitchen towels. I was looking for the best quality I could buy and it is amazing. After trying a set of 4 I bought 3 more sets. They're great for drying dishes, covering rising bread dough, and tidying up.
