When it arrived I was very happy with the product, it turned out to be very durable and had good stitching overall. The installation was quite fiddly, but not bad. But after two weeks, the stitching around the valves began to unravel. I rode my bike two days ago and went to buckle it and it just fell apart. Can't put it back together I was very careful not to overstuff the bag and over stretch the leather strap to secure it. Purchase at your own risk. I've never left product reviews before, but I thought it was important for potential buyers to know. I missed the return time by 1 day but will be contacting the company to see if I can get a refund or replacement. I will update so you know how they dealt with this issue. Thank you for reading my review. UPDATE 7/30/20 I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH HOW THE SUPPORT SERVICE SOLVED MY PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT. THEY REPLY QUICKLY AND GIVE ME THE OPTION OF A NEW BAG OR REFUND, ALSO INFORMING THAT IT HAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I asked for a new bag and they sent me one quickly. I REALLY LOVE THIS BAG. THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO DO TO IMPROVE IT IS HAVE STRONGER OR THICKER LEATHER BELTS BECAUSE IT IS AN AWESOME PRODUCT.
