device received not working. It showed no voltage on the meter, even though the power button was lit when the device was turned on. I checked the fuse, it was fine. However, I noticed that there was no back pressure when screwing the fuse holder cover onto the fuse holder, indicating the fuse is seated properly. I loosened the two front screws, examined the inside and found that the fuse holder was broken. Using a couple of spare fuse holders of this common type, I replaced the fuse holder and soldered the two wires in place. See photos before and after. The block is now operational. Check the voltage scale printed above with a good quality laboratory multimeter. It's close, but don't count on the accuracy. It has been found that the higher the voltage, the more it shuts down. For example, the printed scale is 50V ==> 53V actual; 75 V printed scale ==> 86 V actual; 100 V printed scale ==> 115 V actual; 125V printed scale ==> 143V actual.
